QuickBooks Online integration
Changes to a payment or refund in Cin7 Core (amount, date, reference, payment/refund account) will now be synced to QuickBooks Online. Previously, payments or refunds which had already been synced to QuickBooks would not capture additional changes made in Cin7 Core.

A previous update to our Shopify integration captured order-level discounts as separate additional charges line items. We received customer feedback that this created too many service products in the background.
Based on your feedback, this update ensures that only one service product is created for each discount code. Where applicable, we will reuse existing service products.
If you have configured your Shopify integration to capture discounts as additional charges, you will see some changes to how discounts are displayed on a sales order. For a discount OFFER10 applied to SKU AA00 the changes look like this:

When downloading customers from Shopify, Cin7 Core now uses more information to match customer contacts, including customer contact name, email, phone, and mobile phone meaning that an existing contact will be picked up if key details like the name, email, or phone number uniquely identifies an individual. This lets you download multiple customer contacts from Shopify who have the same name, but whose phone and email details are different.
Note: If an existing contact is found but some information is different, the existing contact details will be updated.
